ATODA Special General Meeting 2018

 

Notice: Notice is hereby given that a Special General Meeting (SGM) of the Alcohol Tobacco and Other Drug Association ACT Inc. (ATODA) will be held at ATODA’s office at 11 Rutherford Crescent Ainslie ACT.

Purpose of Meeting: The SGM is being convened for the purpose of considering and voting on a revised ATODA constitution.

Voting: Members must be full financial members in order to vote at the SGM.

Proxy: If you are unable to attend the SGM, we encourage you to complete and return an appointment of proxy form by no later than 5pm Tuesday 5 June 2018.  Click here to download the proxy form.

Agenda: The agenda is provided to members in advance in accordance with the constitution. Click here to download the agenda.

ATODA Fourth Annual General Meeting 2013

ATODA’s fourth Annual General Meeting was held at the Australian National University Commons Function Centre, Rimmer St, on Friday 15 November 2013 at 9:30am to 10am.

Strategic Planning Workshop: Following the AGM, ATODA hosted a Strategic Planning Workshop from 10am – 11:30am. Dr Stephen Mugford, QQSR Consulting, facilitated the workshop which was build on the ATODA Members and Stakeholders Survey findings and inform the organisation’s next strategic plan.
