The contact information regarding alcohol and other drug policy matters for ACT Health has been updated.
ACT Health encourages services to use the AODPolicy@act.gov.au email address as a central point of contact for routine enquiries, including Service Funding Agreement (SFA) enquiries. This address will be monitored by staff during business hours, and senders will receive an automatic notification of receipt to confirm that their enquiry has been received and is being actioned. In most instances, it is expected that a response to emails would be received within one to two business days. Any expected delay in responding will be communicated.
