ATODA implements dedicated research activities and publishes a range of research reports to inform alcohol, tobacco and other drug (ATOD) researchers, policy makers, practitioners, consumers and their friends and families in the ACT and region.
ACT Alcohol, Tobacco and Other Drug Sector Workforce Profile
The ACT Alcohol, Tobacco and Other Drug Sector Workforce Profile aims to profile the specialist ATOD sector workforce in the ACT, and has occurred approximately every three years since 2006. The profile informs a more detailed understanding of the sector, supports effective representation, provides insight to future development needs and helps the sector to target current gaps in skills, knowledge and satisfaction.
ACT Service Users’ Survey of Outcomes, Satisfaction and Experience (SUSOSE)
The ACT Service Users’ Survey of Outcomes, Satisfaction and Experience (SUSOSE) is a survey that service users of ATOD programs in the ACT are invited to complete every few years. The ATOD sector, ATOD services and the government use information from the SUSOSE to inform quality improvement and services planning in the ACT.
Other Reports
ATODA also publishes a range of other research reports on issues of relevance for the ACT ATOD sector.
